Directions:

Get 2 big handfuls rice, fresh but not too hot, set aside.

Separate 1 egg white but only use 1/2, place in bowl.
add 1/2 spoon sugar
add 1/2 salt
and a splash of soy, stir

Add rice and stir until evenly coated and medium firm. If rice falls down side of bowl place in fridge for 5 minutes.

Make non-stick tim foil bowl mold, place rice in foil and push up sides with fork

Grill on medium heat for 15 minutes or in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes

Serve with stir fry or salad, anything but soup.  :-).
