Rob's Salty and Sweet pockets

1 can Pillsbury Crescent dough
Various meats like ham, shrimp, bacon, in small amounts
swiss or cheddar cheese cut in pieces
1 tomato cut in small pieces
raspberries, kiwi or other fruit
pecans
chocolate chips
brown sugar

Break dough in half and roll out on a flat surface. Pinch together the seams to make one big sheet of dough. Take any combination of of meat, small piece of cheese and piece of tomato and lay on one corner of dough. Cut out a square twice as big as the filling. Fold over and seal edges. Place on cookie sheet covered in parchment paper and repeat with remaining dough. Experiment with different combinations. Have people vote on which one was best. Cook at 375 for 11 or 12 minutes.

For sweet pockets do the same but use a combination of fruit, pecans, chocolate and brown sugar. For instance, place a chocolate chip in the hole in a raspberry, place on dough, add a small amount of brown sugar, cut dough twice as large as filling, fold over and seal. Cook at 375 for 11 minutes.

Rob's Mediterranean Chips

1 Can Pillsbury Crescent dough
olive oil
Garlic salt
Italian seasoning
small tomato sliced thinly
parmesan cheese

Break dough in half and lay out on cookie sheet. Pinch together seams and using rolling pin to roll thinner. Brush with olive oil. Sprinkle lightly with garlic salt and italian seasoning mix. Space out tomatoes on dough and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cut up in random shapes with pizza cutter. let sit for 2 minutes. Cook at 400 degrees for 9 minutes or until the edges start to brown. Serve with pasta sauce. (optional)
