Here is the Recipe for the Post Super Bowl Smoothie I made on TV on Monday 2/2/09.

1/2 cup white grape or other fruit juice concentrate
1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1/2 banana
1/2 orange peeled ( or 1 small tangerine)
big handful of washed spinach
double handful of ice
optional - 1 scoop protein powder.

Blend in your vita-mix on slow then increase speed
